Dear, When received, the glass pipe on the vape was blocked, as if it was sealed with Something. I pierced through it with a large needle and now i can suck through it, before it wqs impossible. I intend to use it with hashish but results are not yet what i expected/hoped. I need to let the machine heat, untill the light turns off at highest temp? and only then inhale i imagine? I do get some results and Indeed the taste is much better than smoking a joint (with Tobacco). But especially the concerns with the mouthpiece was a bit a disappointment, although i think i solved it by piercing a hole in the sieve. Best, Rutger
