We now are pleased to offer SAME DAY DELIVERY 7 DAYS A WEEK - Except holidays- IN VANCOUVER & BURNABY ONLY 

Please note cut off times for Burnaby and Vancouver are 1:00pm &  5:00pm meaning any orders placed before1:00pm will be picked up by 3-4 pm and delivered there after, orders placed before  5:00pm will be picked up between 6-7 pm and delivered from 6pm- 9:30 pm - orders placed after 6pm will be delivered the following business day.We apologize for any inconvenience for the change in pick up time as this was changed by the delivery company due to high cost of delivery/

Please note due to E liquid Bans in the United States and other places in the world we will no longer be shipping to any country, province or state that has a temporary or permanent ban. Our cart has been updated to not show a shipping rates in those areas affected. We reserve the right to cancel any order from any place that has a ban, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, we will refund you in full. Thank you and we hope this all gets cleared up soon. COMPLETE SALE BAN ON ANY CLOSED POD LIQUIDS TO USA WE WILL NOT SHIP AND CLOSED PODS JUICES OR DEVICE KITS TO USA AS OF FEB 06 2020 as per FDA regulations. We will refund any order of these items from USA.

As of April 1 2022  we can no longer ship any flavoured juices or disposables to New Brunswick Canada , if you order any restricted product we will cancel and refund your order . Only tobacco flavoured juices allowed . 

Savory Vapes will ship all In-stock orders that get placed prior to 5:00 PM PST the same day. We will ship the items the same day but please understand that orders placed after 2pm PST which is Canada Post cut off time , orders will be sent out the next business day.

 


All Packages are shipping via Canada Post for domestic orders. All shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page.

Proof of Age Required

We require Adult signature option on every single package, no exceptions. 

Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package. 

IF WE HAVE A PACKAGE RETURNED BECAUSE AGE CANNOT BE VERIFIED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE AS WELL AS ALL SHIPPING CHARGES.

ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE PROOF OF AGE BY CANADA POST

Please Note: If the shipping address does not match the billing address we will need a phone number to contact the card holder and verify the order prior to shipping. If we can not contact the card holder within 48 hours of the order we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will also ask for ID and signature from the receiver upon delivery. No exceptions.  

 

Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day. (Usually Monday)

We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout. 

Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM PST will go out the same day.

Please note all shipping times are approx and may be delayed if you live in a remote area of your province or if the shipping carrier has weather delays. If you require your package sooner than we offer with the free shipping option you can upgrade to Xpresspost for a fee and usually gets to you in half the amount of time.

Savory Vapes Inc. does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.

Savory Vapes Inc. is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.

Savory Vapes Inc. cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

 We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
